Snap or upload a photo of a receipt and record your business's expenses in ProBooks. Our OCR (optical character recognition) technology automatically reads your receipt's subtotal, taxes paid, and grand total.
After you've added a receipt, you can verify the numbers look right before approving the expense. Once an expense is approved, it cannot be modified.
You can also add notes about the expense for future reference.
Don't forget - our accounting feature will automatically total your expenses for you on a monthly and yearly basis.
